The Bullpen Group is a Limited Liability Company, located in Princeton Junction, NJ.   It is owned and operated by a partnership rich in experiences in diverse industries.  The partnership is continually expanding as new industry specific websites are added to our portfolio.  We also allow industry experts to join our community as contributing authors to further provide a platform rich in shared information.

The Bullpen Group was formed in January of 2006.  Our flagship site is for Commercial & Industrial Real-Estate Brokers.  Our goal is  to provide and serve the needs of Independent salespeople that currently lack the benefits of a fulltime marketing department, regular industry and sales training, and most noticeably the benefits of learning from others in their industries.

Small business owners, sole proprietor professionals, and independent sales consultants all lack the support that large corporations give to their salaried management and marketing teams.  They lack a marketing department to prepare and distribute materials to both their customer and prospect database, they lack a training program for both themselves as well as their direct reports, and most noticeably they lack the benefits of learning from others experiences. 
 
A Bullpen website “Community” provides a full marketing system complete with content and “plug and play” delivery, a comprehensive educational knowledge base with not only industry specific information but with general business education.  We provide a platform for these business people to collaborate with their peers without geography as a restriction and with the anonymity of a screen name making it easier to gain from the experiences of others.

Education
This section has primarily static information and it is delivered in both static and dynamic multimedia presentations. 

The knowledgebase consists of industry specific educational materials as well as best practice operational procedures.  It also has non industry specific educational information including sales strategies, marketing strategies, management training, human resources, goal setting and business planning.

Networking
Through the technology of message boards, we provide a forum for members to discuss with each other many different topics and both learn and teach. They have the ability to keep the conversations public or go offline and e-mail each other directly.  This knowledge base continually grows and is text sensitive and searchable.

Marketing
Our fulltime staff of creative technical writers author monthly and quarterly newsletters, business flyers, and news flash articles that are completely plug and play customizable.  We have press release articles available as well as advertorials that our members can release as their own.
