What we offer our clients “MEMBERS”:
BrokerBullpen.com is a membership based web community exclusively for Commercial Realtors. Although we offer many membership benefits, we primarily provide our members with the ability to use our exclusive automated marketing system so that they can establish TOMA –Top of Mind Awareness with their contacts (Clients, Prospects, and Referral Partners).
 
Purpose of a RM:
As a membership based organization we need new members as well as membership renewals. Members who are actively using our system will naturally re-new. It is imperative that we mentor new members on best practices fro utilizing the site. The initial role of a RM is to increase our membership by contacting potential members, educating them on personal branding using TOMA techniques, and demonstrating our site. On a continual basis our RM’s will maintain contact with their clients and be the point of contact for any needed support. RM will also seek referrals from their clients in an effort to build our membership.
 
Job duties of a RM:
Call on potential new members from a list of Commercial Real-estate Brokers in a specific geographical area. The goals of the initial call are:
1.         Set up a time to perform a demonstration of the site
2.         Demonstrate the site using either GoToMeeting.com, or by simply walking a prospect thru the site over the phone
3.         Educate and make aware of the advantages of personal Branding using an automated system.
4.         Get a referral of a potential member
5.         Leave a message; send an e-mail and follow-up using our pre-defined follow-up system.
Provide customer service by building rapport and becoming the members ‘point of contact” within our organization.
Follow-up. Most prospect do not join until after the third contact so follow-up is critical.
Maintain a database of all contacts using BrokerBullpen.com’s online Client Relationship Manager CRM.
Provide an activity report to management weekly.
 
Job hours – commitment of a RM:
We work as a team and expect that all RM’s will assist each other so that our clients experience excellent service even when their rep may not be ‘on-duty.
 
We service members though-out the United States and therefore can contact prospects and clients between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM their LOCAL time. An East Coast RM may contact west coast clients up until 9 PM Eastern Time thus allowing the RM to work evenings.
 
We require a minimum commitment of 12 hours per week from all of our RM’s. This time can be spread out over the week to fit the RM’s schedule. We require that all inbound contact is addressed within 24 hours. As a matter of protocol, we require our RM’s that will not be able to respond in that time frame notify inbound callers to reach out to an alternate RM. Using an auto reply on our e-mail system the same message must be relayed.

Work Location:
We operate an office in Princeton Junction, NJ and Smithtown, NY.  We have available desk space for new RM’s.
We are a web based company and utilize VOIP telephony so all RM’s may work remotely as long as you have both your own computer and high speed internet access. Our VOIP phone system allows you to use your home phone will all charges coming to the Bullpen and the caller ID showing that the call originated from the bullpen.
